Importing Product to GoDaddy doesn't work right?

Everytime I try to import my product library from Square to GoDaddy, I get a "server or network" error. It only imports 216 of my 241 products. This has happened everytime since I started my GoCentral online store. I have spent nearly 2 hours a day since 07-13-18 on the phone with GoDaddy customer support and they cannot find the issue on their end. Any ideas? I have checked all of the settings on my Square account 100 times and every item is set the same.

Hey @JLSPublicSafety, I'm very sorry to hear about the trouble you've been encountering with importing your library from Square to GoDaddy.

 

There isn't much troubleshooting we can offer from our end with this kind of process. If you're still getting an error message when importing, you may need to continue working with GoDaddy to resolve.
