Is anyone experiencing issues with Online Scheduling?

A few of my patients have said that their device will freeze when trying to schedule online, particularly after entering the 4 digit code. They are unable to go on further or click anything after putting in the code. This also happened to me when trying to schedule with Square for another business. It's not happening with everyone, but people are very frustrated bc they are unable to get on my schedule. They can call me, but if I'm with a patient they have to wait for me to return call. Anyone else experiencing this? It doesn't seem to matter whether it's a computer or phone.

Hi @kmalley -

 

It sounds like this could be device specific, since it's not across all of your customers. They should try using Google Chrome whenever they try booking online. 

 

Also, if they could provide any screenshots of what they are experiencing, so we can get some eyes on it.
