Hey! Thanks for asking. At this time, this is a feature request, so the only workaround you would have for the online store would be to create a discount for the online store and email your specific customers that discount code, and just not share it with the rest of your customer base.
If you ever plan on using Square Point of Sale in person, you can do this with Square Marketing as well - where you can email a specific list of customers a discount code they can use when they come in.
