Issues importing existing contacts?

Help... I have two brands as of recently. I just opened my new shop and want to import my entire existing customer contact list from my existing company. I downloaded the .csv file and followed the instruction, attempted the import into my NEW shop and only captured 64 out of 2579 contacts. Help, What should I do? And yes, I am now using Weebly with my new shop profile. I offer the same products and services for both companies.

When you imported the contacts into your Square Customer Directory, and it only captured a small portion of them, did you receive an error message? If so, what was it? 

 

If not, can you verify that you followed the upload instructions and tips in this article?

 

Let me know, as I want to make sure we get this figured out.
