I bought a cheap 10" Android tablet (DragonTouch K10) on Amazon to use with the Square POS app. It's running Android 8.1. When I open the app, a bunch of things I normally expect to see on a tablet are missing, like the nav bar and Item Grid. Even "Item Appearance" is missing from the Settings menu. It's like the Square app thinks it's running on a phone instead of a tablet. Any ideas?

Hey @Ltst, it looks like this device hasn't been tested with the Square Point of Sale app or the reader. This means we can't guarantee the app will work as expected, or that you'll be able to take payments with this tablet. You can check if a device is compatible from this website: Square Device Compatibility. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!
