Looking for a Customer Facing queue Screen that will integrate into square KDS or fresh KDS. Im looking to funnel customers to another window so that new customers may approach and be able to order. Due to covid the lines get very long and I need a solution to be able to show the customer that they are next in line or that their order is complete for pickup. how can do this via SMS or a customer facing Screen that shows the next few orders being worked on. How can I do this? I have searched for a solution for a while and cant seem to find something that integrates with square.
My business is fast casual and orders don't take more than 5-10 min to complete. But due to our location in a high traffic area I would like to show customers that they are next in the queue. Any Ideas?
