Loyalty Program

How can I reach someone to "talk" with about setting up this program.  We have entered everything as shown in the tutorials and cannot find a way to link the purchase of the item to the loyalty program when checking out.

@If you set up your loyalty program correctly in the settings section, that’s the only place you have to link your items to the point values. 

When you ring up a customer, the items are then automatically connected to the loyalty program, and the customer just needs to Claim their points with a phone number, and you should be good to go!
