My magstripe and chip card reader stop working

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: repairs

 

Hello, my magstripe and chip card reader stop working. The Square logo is the only thing that's showing on my screen. I can still use the pad to receive payments, but I have to input everything manually. Is there someone that I can contact to have it repaired, or is there a way to purchase just the card reader only?

@hiprica There are absolutely some steps you can go through to see if we can get your readers up and running.

 

For your Magstripe Reader, these troubleshooting steps usually do the trick.

 

When it comes to your Contactless and Chip Reader, you can give these steps a try.
