My share link is not working.

Hello.

I'm trying to share a link to a story on the site I'm creating to get permission from the original content owner. But the link that gets sent is to the site in general, not to the story page. And if he clicks on the stories heading at the top it doesn't show any of my stories at all. I checked on another browser and it doesn't work for anything. If I share a share link for a preview to one of my items that doesn't work either. Seems like Square has a lot of issues. 🤗

Sure.

I use Chrome browser by default.

I go to the story I want to share with the original content owner.

I click preview in upper right corner and it goes into preview mode.

Then I click on the share button in the upper left and copy the share link.

I open Edge browser and paste the link into the address bar.

Instead of opening the story it goes to the main page.

So I try clicking the story heading at the top and when the stories page opens it's blank.

Hey @EricLivesay, I'm just stepping in for Aurelia here! From looking at the link, it looks like the story is not yet published. Unpublished stories can only be viewed by yourself, and since it isn't "live" yet, the share links will not work at the moment.

In this case, you can published the story temporary so the original content owner can look at it on the live website OR you may need to take a screenshot of the story and share it with the owner that way.

My links that I share are not working each and everyone of the links whether it's though the personal purchase created by me link via the website or the link directly - even the tiny urls links completely stop working.  I do not have a .com website is that the problem? https://amar-boutique.square.site/

please help solve this issue - i really have put a lot of effort on this website and not interested in starting over somewhere else unless I really have to.

Could you share an example of a link that is not working? I was able to visit the website you shared above but I believe this is not what you are referring to.

I will keep an eye out for your reply.

Thanks for responding.

I have the links from tinyurl below - I don't know what happened whether it was the Square team or the fact that I deleted the redirected links from my SEO section but now the tinyurl links are working fine.  I also have almost 600 visitors overnight!
