Is your store open more hours than your delivery window, or available for pick-ups as well? If not set your hours of operation to the hours of delivery and set the store default preparation time to the amount of time before deliveries begin to cut off (e.g. 2 hour prep time, 4pm deliveries start time, and then orders will need to be placed by 2pm). Inform your customers of this through using a pop-up under the Online Store , Website, Pop-ups link in one of several formats to choose. Unfortunately the site does not allow the customer to customize the delivery date and time yet and will default to first available during open hours.
