Problem with completing payment

Am having issues with my payment going thru.  It gets to the tip page just fine, and tip can be entered, at that point all stops, the "done" button does not work.  I am using an android, Samsung Galaxy 7 Crown, strip reader and on WiFi connection.  On occasion it will work, but that is rare.  Any suggestions,  location, mic are on.  Have contacted support but not of any help.  What am I doing wrong?

Would you mind trying out these software troubleshooting steps? They will ensure that both your device and your Square POS app are running the most up to date software - which can rectify any outstanding glitches or issues the app might be encountering.
