Scheduling not enabled

New to the system. I have one employee. What is the difference between the team app and the appointments app on the playstore?

Which app do they set their availability? In the tea app is says "Scheduling not enabled" for them and even myself.

Is there a way for them to communicate with the customer through the app only without viewing the customers personal contact information?

Following — same question but my scheduling had been working until recently. It says I need to pay $50/month to reactivate it because I have 2 employees … but it’s just me, myself and I. So trying to figure out why that is…
