Hello @crankins500 thanks for your post. Just wanted to let you know, it's unlikely that Square will initiate a phone call to you for any issue from a post here. But this is a great forum for community help by fellow Square sellers. Check out this post here about adding inventory items. Can you be a bit more specific about your store/business? Are you trying to add inventory items to sell in-person through a POS Register, Square Terminal, or card reader? Or are you looking to setup inventory items for an online store? The Square Community can offer more specific instructions if we know a bit more about what your end goals are for your store.
