I run a laundry pick up and delivery service. I am currently hesitant to move to square appointments because, the text messaging number to my clients is a US based number. Is there a way to redirect these via our business number?
if not can I make this a feature request? How long does it take to action a feature request like this?

From looking into this, the ability to change the text number the reminders are coming from is currently a feature request.
While I don't have a timeline on when this will be available, I would encourage you to check out our Beta Community to join and potentially get access to new features first when we test them out.
Feature requests can take time to build out. Our teams take a lot of things into consideration when developing new features and addressing limitations of current features. You can read more about feature requests and the Seller Community in this post.
