Takes too long to open the website.

Hello,

 

My customers are complaining that it takes too long time to open "Menu" and "Order Online".

Sometimes they cannot open the web page. It has been like this for a couple of months.

Can you please let me know how I can solve this problem?

And can you also let me know what is causing this problem?
