Under the Contact Form Settings, the email is greyed out. how do i change it?

I've verified my email as another thread suggested, but it didn't solve it. Any suggestions on getting this changed? I need to send the emails to a different address than what is listed there.

Can you try adjusting the email in Square Dashboard > Account & Settings and then adjust the email?
