We have a new account number and a new chip reader how do we transition?
We Changed our business name, and bank accounts. We are currently using the square swipe unit.
I have upgraded to the chip reader, when setting up the new equipment do we activate as a new
user?

No need to activate a new account for the Reader! All of our readers are universal, so they can be shared between accounts even. So long as you're logged into the app with the account you'd like to receive payment on, you're all set. Let me know if that's what you mean or if I can clarify further.
