New customization options in Square Marketing

We've added a toolbar for text formatting options in Square Marketing, to give you the ability to better customize your campaigns. You can now use features that exist in almost any text editor like bold, italic, add a link, change font sizes, and choose a font and color for your headings.

 

All of these more advanced customization options will enable you to improve their customers' awareness of your brands to help grow your business!

See the impact of your Marketing on offline sales

Square Marketing already allows you to track the value of your Marketing campaigns but I'm happy to share 4 more improvments to make your reporting even more insightful for your business:

 

  1. Using Square Marketing you can now track in-store sales from your customers who have opened their emails and then made an in-store purchase within 14 days, allowing you to get a better picture for your campaigns’ impact on in-store transactions and close the loop between how much you are spending on Marketing and how that impacts your sales.
  2. We’ve revamped our Marketing page to make it even easier for read. We've added more advanced campaign filtering and made it easier to highlight the in-store sales attributed to your Marketing campaigns.
  3. We’ve redesigned your campaign reports to make it easier to track the coupons that are being redemed, highlighted your in-store sales and made the the reports easier to read (all based on your feedback!).
  4. We are introducing mobile-friendly campaign reports, making it easy to track the Marketing performance on the go.

Build your email list with Square Loyalty

 

Square Loyalty has always helped get your customers through your doors, but now it can also help keep you in touch with your customers! You can now build your Marketing email list by encouraging buyers to submit their email addresses as part of your Loyalty porgram.

 

You won't need to collect one phone number for loyalty and an email address for marketing anymore, speeding up your lines and making the check out process that much easier. If you are subscribed to Square Loyalty can now use this valuable channel to market to right to your existing customers.
