Where’s the library tab?

The library tab isn’t showing up on the Home Screen of my pos system. How do I add it?

Hello @KarlaLeigh630 !

Okay, that's really odd that the Library tab disappeared on you! That's supposed to be a standard tab available at all times.

A couple of things to try:

-If you're on the new UI and you see Keypad and Categories but no Library tab at the top, try refreshing the app by going to More -> Settings -> Checkout -> Revert to previous experience. Once you're back in the old view, exit and force close the app and reload. Go back to the new UI view, exit, force close, and reload again.

-If you're not on the new UI, I highly recommend forcing your app to the new UI. Tap the three bars-> Settings -> Checkout -> Upgrade to the new Square Point of Sale.

-Make sure you're running the latest and greatest version of Square

If none of these options work, please let us know and we will continue to troubleshoot!
