Re: Unable to select a service in Square appointments

I'm having the same problem. I go the the booking link and I click "book an appointment" and then it says "select a service" but it has no services listed to select from and it won't allow you to do anything. This happens whether I'm signed in or not. I know I have services and items in my account.

I've seen this before, @Mthtc! I moved your post over to this thread where I explained how to ensure that all of your services are appearing as bookable by customers online. If you have any trouble changing this setting, give us a call so we can connect you with our Appointments team 😊

Online booking

I put in my services on the app but my online booking app is not showing that I have put any services in. How do I fix it?

How many Services can Be listed?

I have list of 8 services on my Square Appointments but my customers can only see 7. Is that a limit for listed services?

Hi there @sylur! This thread should shine a light on what you're seeing on your booking site. If you're still not sure why your 8th service isn't appearing on your booking site, please get in touch with our Support team so we can put you in touch with an Appointments specialist.

Why are all of my services not visible to customers on my Appointments booking site?

When viewing booking site, no services are listed at all, and I already have customer booking turned on for both services
