Why aren't TN merchants allowed to use the installment plan to purchase the terminal?
I want to purchase the Square Terminal and I was hoping to use the installments plan, but when I went to checkout that service is not offered to TN merchants...why?
Every state has different laws about who can offer loans and how they have to be arranged. Either the loans are outside the views of these specific state laws or Square isn't eligible to offer loans in these states.
* All credit sale plans are issued by Square, Inc. Plans are not available to merchants located in AL, DE, MS, MO, NH, and TN
