How do I adjust the business hours that display on my Square Online website?

Why won't my business hours post on the new website I created with weebly?

It sounds like you updated your business hours within the Locations section of your Square Dashboard!

 

To change the hours that appear on your website, and for pickup & delivery orders, you can update these hours by heading to your Square Online overview page. On the left-hand side, you'll select Fulfillment > Pickup & Delivery to view your location(s).

If you have more than one location set up, you'll see them all here.

To edit the hours for a location, click Edit to the right of the location:

On the next page, you'll select the Order timing option:

Scroll down to the HOURS section, and edit your hours here!

If you don't see your hours immediately update on your Square Online website, you can also edit what appears on your website by directly making that change. You'll head to Website Edit Site > locate the Location & hours section, and you should be able to edit hours manually here:

Here is a workaround to manually enter your hours on the online store.  Hope this helps as another workaround.  My caffeine drops are kicking in.  😀

Thank you for this.  We had to use this workaround for the same problem.  It is getting frustrating how many work arounds we are having to employ on Weebly.  

Thank you for making this path so clear.  It made this morning go much smoother for me.

Nice work around, but how I do make it propogate itself?  Our hours are changing weekly and it's a pain to change it so many places, i.e on Square POS, on Weebly, and then also manually.  Seems like they should all be connected.

I had fixed my hours in all the places that are in the "Solved" post with screen shots, but my footer on my website was still showing my old hours.  Super super annoying.  It's already annoying enough to have to change the hours in multiple places.  Your solution to manually edit the text fixed it for me!  Thank you!  But I don't think I should have had to do that, shout-out Square Support...

Hello - We have a small restaurant and recently moved over to our 'new' weebly site, and I've been all over these threads since, as there are myriad issues with the integration.

 

I discovered (after hours of frustrated calls from customers saying they were being given a faulty "pickup time") that we actually need to update hours in a couple of different places -- in the LOCATION (https://squareup.com/dashboard/locations) on Square**AND** in PICKUP TIMES on Weebly as those don't automatically sync. I wish it were an option to sync them.

 

Also -- while it seems some of these questions have been answered here -- it would be a HUGE HELP if on the Dashboard Menu (https://squareup.com/dashboard/locations), or ACCOUNTS&SETTING>>BUSINESS>>LOCATION, LOCATION was actually named "LOCATION AND HOURS" so that the user would know to look there to adjust hours (rather than spending an hour on the support threads trying to %^&*ing figure it out.)

I have correctly changed our business hours for our location on SquareUp. Weebly reads the hours data from square but has not updated the changed hours. Its been several weeks and nothing has changed.

Our business hours on the website do not reflect what's listed in the back end. We've republished but nothing changes. We've made sure they're updated in Square but the online store has out-of-date data and it won't seem to change. It's very frustrating for us and for customers. Please can you help?

Worth checking in the online side of things as they're listed separately in the collection/delivery section.

Hi @grantsofsomerse, thank you for reaching out! Like @Sam_400º said, it's definitely worth checking within your Pickup & delivery section to see how the hours are displayed there.

 

If the incorrect information is being shown within the Location and hours section on your published site, what you can also do is go to edit this and from the drop-down, select I'll enter this information myself. This will allow you to enter the information manually.

My business hours are updated on my Location, yet when I go to the website, go through the sales process, and check out, the pick up scheduler enables me to schedule pick up during times my shop is close. What am I missing here? Thanks!

Hi @noeboe80

 

You're using Square Online, right? In your Square Online overview page, go to Settings > Pickup & delivery, then click the edit link for your location and see what you have for pickup hours. Location hours in Square can be different than these, that way you can limit or extend your pickup hours as needed without changing the hours of your business; a good example would be having your pickup hours start an hour after your location hours so there's always time to get an order ready.

Yeah....My pick up hours on the scheduler are definitely showing extended hours.... I went to the location, and I don't see where I can put in "Pick Up" Hours, just open & close hours. There is an "+" symbol on the right that enables me to add more hours, but I've already limited the hours, and deleted the days to show closed days for Thanksgiving and the following weekend days... Yet... people are still able to schedule pick up on those days. Where do I put in pick up hours under Location?
