Why does it show card reader connected when we haven't ordered one yet?
Can anyone please help me answer the question?

Hey! Yes it is within the website app. It says there is a reader connected but we don't have a reader yet. We just placed in order for a reader but we don't have one yet. & We have another business with you guys & on that site it says error when we try to order the reader

Can you try reinstalling the app to see if that message disappears? @Pennystaxes
