When I mark a ticket as complete on my square kds, why won't it mark order as ready on my POS? This seems like a given?

Heya @capsiscum,
I reached out to the KDS team and they said this is expected behavior as of right now but they're aware of the requests for this and have been tracking them.
It might already be something in the works so hopefully it'll be something we offer in the future!
