discounts and coupons online store

I am running a special that is buy 1, get 1 half off.  when that discount auto applies, I can't apply a coupon.  Is ther a way to do that from the online site? My only workaround would be create an invoice and send because its for a special group of people

Hello @cardencbd thanks for your post. Check out this post for some more info about online discounts. there is a difference between Coupons and discounts...one is for your in-person sales, the other is for your online website. They are two separate things and are setup differently...you can't share between in-person and online.

You CAN setup discounts to apply to only a group of your customers. See this post here.
