eGift card not appearing as card on file

I sold my guest an eGift card at salon. When I search on the Gift Card tab, her balance is active and the electronic card is there. But when I am at checkout and try to charge that eGift card, it does not appear in my list of Cards on Gile. I cannot charge her balance,

Have you linked the eGift card to the customer's profile via your Online Dashboard? You'll need to click on the customer profile then the "..." menu under "Card on File", then "Add Gift Card":
