how to send automated email/text to new customers?

Hi, Im wondering if there is a way to send an automated email/text to new clients? Id like to send an automatic text with a link to google reviews / online booking link after the clients appointment. Is this possible through square?

useless.. im not trying to send a marketing campaign im trying to do a simple automatic follow up message after the clients appointment to leave a review.

HI, I believe the only option is Square Marketing for email/text marketing followups.  If you are using the Online Store you can upgrade to Paid Plan and activate the Item Reviews.
