You can find your device code by heading over to Account & Settings > Devices > click "..." > Edit.
For a refresher on device management, have a look at our Support Center: Manage Devices by Location.

I need help with pass code I don't remember. It's not letting me go in anything without entering pass code. I got a new phone now I can't get in.

Hey @JamelaFranklin, it sounds like you might have enabled Owner Passcode on your Square Account. You can find this by heading over to Account & Settings > Personal Information > Owner Passcode. You can also find this under your Team Member's profile within the Team section,
