my customer wants the same special she got months ago cant find her reciept or transaction because i dont even know when she bought last - it has been months but i know her name and that is it

If her name(Or phone number) was attached to her order/receipt:

Dashboard>Customers>Directory>(Enter name or phone # in Search)>Double Click Customer>

This should be able to bring up customer insights into what their past purchases were. Click the receipt form the date you suspect it was, and her order should be itemized according to how you have the POS configured.
