For example, if i have two nail techs working on two separate clients and one of those clients wants to pay/tip for both services...
is there a way to split the tip/commissions evenly between both nail techs, let's say 20%.

Currently the sale and tip will be attributed to the employee who signs-in with their PIN and processes the payment.
If you use Square Payroll you can edit employee tips. That way they're split evenly when you go to run payroll. 🙂
