Hello @adamsnursingev! 

 

It sounds like you might have an un-captured payment. This can happen if your internet connection drops during a sale. You can still capture these payments on your Square Dashboard

 

You'll need to head to your Transaction Status Report and you'll see the option to complete the payment.
