Facebook Pixel Not Tracking Purchases or Creating Catalogue

Hi, I'm having trouble with two things. I have integrated my online store with Facebook & connected the pixel but..

 

1. It is not tracking purchases through the Facebook pixel & I know there have been purchases.

2. The Facebook catalogue hasn't been automatically created? When I first connected the Facebook shop it said it had imported all the products but no catalogue is showing up.

 

I have tried disconnecting & reconnecting the store twice but it hasn't worked.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Facebook Pixel integration.

 

Pixel support is unfortunately not something we're able to troubleshoot via our Seller Community forum, though hopefully another user who has experience with this might comment on the post with advice!

 

You may be able to get further assistance here via Weebly Support (who build and manage Square Online Store) or Facebook Pixel.
