Your Customers and Appointments are saved in your Square Account and are able to be accessed via your Online Dashboard at any time - so keep in mind they will always be accessible from here!
If you'd like to export your Customer Directory to a spreadsheet you're able to do this you can do this by going to the directory then clicking "Import / Export":
There's no way to export a list of appointments, however your appointments are recorded on the Appointments Calendar and can always be viewed from here.
