When a client books online they are required to enter their credit card details for our cancellation policy.
When I book a client in manually is there a way to send something to the client so that they can enter their credit card details for the cancellation policy

When you book a customer in manually from your calendar, they wouldn't be required to enter their card details to secure the booking. At this time, the ability to request this would be a feature request.
As a workaround, you could send your customer an invoice for their appointment, or encourage them to book via the appointments site.
