Linking bank account - Two signatories

While I can only speak for the Australian conditions of linking a bank account, this could be an issue if the bank requires two signatories to access the account.  

In Australia, if an account needs two signatures to access funds then generally it won't be considered a "transactional" account, and wont allow 3rd parties like Square to access the account for withdrawals. We'd need to withdraw from the account, for instance, if you processed a refund for a customer and had no outstanding balance in your Square account at the time. Because of this, if we can't withdraw then the account won't link.

I imagine this is probably similar in the UK, though I'd recommend giving their support team a call on 0800 098 8008.

Note that if an account features multiple signatories but only requires one of them to access the account, this should be ok.
