What to do when it say Unsupported Business type?

We are a small club that has been recommended by the bank to use the square instead of their EFTPOS machines, but seems as though we are unable.

On setting the square up we have had a note come up to say our Business type is unsupported, I have been trying to call to get this fixed with no answer.

Can someone please let me know what we can do as we have a function on next weekend and would really love to have this up and running. We have been going around in circles for this past 2 weeks

Please be aware that  our team are currently processing a large backlog of applications under this program, and at the moment processing times are at 4-6 weeks.
