Why cant I consistently upload files to my customers folders. My files are .jpg and only 2MB-3MB

Why cant I consistently upload files to my customers folders?

My files are .jpeg and only 2MB to 3MB in size.

I have cleared my cache and restarted numerous times.  I have managed to load 3 files to 2 different customers but now I can't upload any without getting an error that it can't be completed.

Very Frustrating!

Looking at your account, I can see that you've gotten in touch via email as well, and it looks as though that after trying a few times, you're now in business!
