Why my smart phone Square app suddenly appears to be not fully responsive?

Until 2 days ago I was able to log in to the Square app on my smart phone and choose "report/sales" to get my real time data for the shop i manage. Now all i get when i do that is the following message "No transactions for time period". I tried different time periods. The same. Why is that? What could be the reson for this sudden change. Would apreciate any help.

While we're not able to look into private account info via our Seller Community forum, this sounds like something our support team will likely be able to solve by looking into the account - we definitely keep a record of all transactions!

 

If you give them a call on 1800 760 137 they'll be able to look into this further for you ๐Ÿ‘
