can get reader to sign in

My reader wont sign in - circle keeps going round and round.  Internet is working fine.

Have deleted app and reinstalled - no difference.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble logging into the app.

While we're not able to look into your accounts via this forum, your best bet is to call our team to troubleshoot this issue further on 1800 760 137. Lines are open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. 

In the meantime, ff you've already tried uninstalling and reinstall the app, you also may want to check if it's internet connectivity related - if you're on Wifi try switching to mobile broadband, or vice versa, so see if you get any different results.

If possible, you can also try logging into your account from another mobile device to see if it's an issue with the device or the account.
