I have over seas clients that can't book a session with me because the appointments ap requires a phone number but doens't recognize over seas numbers! Is there a way around this?

You're correct—at this time, Square Appointments is only available in the United States and customers can only complete booking on their end by entering a domestic phone number. For now, the workaround would be to book the appointment manually from your Calendar tab.
Out of curiosity, does this issue prevent a large number of your clients from being able to complete the booking themselves?

I have the same issue. I wish there was a way to select "phone number not required". I am booking appointments with predominantly international students, and need to email them individually with instructions to use my phone number.
Hello @eb96 -I can understand how updating the ability to use an international number with appointments is beneficial. This is a very popular request that we hope will change in the feature. For now, you are more than welcome to post your request on our features request board for more visibility.
At this time, you'll only be able to accept numbers local to the country you created your Square account in, and it is not possible to offer online booking without a phone number being required. We'll let you know here if this changes in the future!
