Please tell me this is in the works soon. We specifically need larger font for our cooks to be able to read the mods. They’re so tiny. I hope this feature is available very soon. Keep us updated. Thanks!!!

Restaurant and take away in the UK here, we're struggling with the same.  Then covers name is ridiculously small.  Square, please allow us to make this BIGGER, the random order number you generate should not take the headline size, it's absolutely irrelivant in our kitchen.  Please help x

Hi,

After updating a few days ago, the font of "Order Ticket Stubs" has become very smaller. How can I go back to the existing big font?

Small fonts allow pick-up people to pick up other foods by mistake.

Hm, I'm not sure if it's possible to change the font size if it is a result of an update, @Hanmaru.

I recommend getting in touch with our team directly, if you're concerned that this may not have been intentional.

Hi, I'm a square register user here. But not sure if this is the possible solution you're looking for. Depending on your receipt printer ( we have Epson T20II I think you could change the font size within the printer settings). And for the customer ticket number being small if you enable sticker stub in your printer device on square it should make it larger and comes out as a separate piece of paper vs the bill receipt.

Just updated the app this morning before open and now the font sizes of our tickets are all over the place. 
receipt tickets are super tiny and hard to read and the line tickets are bigger and spread out terribly. 
not sure if it’s just me or does anyone know some way to fix this? Thanks!

We want to add our name to this request.  We also need options to enlarge the font size on receipts and kitchen tickets.

How long does it take for developers to respond to the community?  This issue which has been “under development” is now three years old.  I don’t really understand the mentality of the responsibility being put on the printer.  Printers print the data that is sent to them.  As another poster already mention, we can see different sizes of print.  So we know the printer is already able to print the sizes needed.  It is however unfortunate that we dont have an option to simply increase the font size by a couple of points.

I am also having an issue with the size of the number shrinking drastically on ticket stubs. Staff cannot find tables!

I spoke to someone named A.K. at Square who was incredibly helpful and he determined that it was a software update and it can't be changed by users. 

Square, please fix this in the newest update!

Can each of you please tell me if you're using the Point of Sale app, Square Register, or Square Terminal to run your business? If it's the app, can you please tell me if your device is an Android or Apple?
