How do you do tipped and non tipped wages in payroll with multiple wages?

I have an employee who does two jobs.

-Job A is a customer-facing tipped wage.  

-Job B is a non-customer facing, non-tipped wage.  

When I do payroll, there is no option to exclude Job B from the tip pool. Will Square have that with the new Multiple wages feature?

I was afraid of that. And I already made 2 profiles for this employee, but it was only for a couple of months so I can delete it and just work something else out for the 2 positions for her. 

When you say it’s a “special feature” is this something I add to our services??

Feature Request meaning it's a feature that's been asked for but not yet available. So there's no way to add it to your services.

Do you pay the $35 a month for team management? I am also running a bar and trying out square for the first time so I’m trying to figure out if I need to pay for the team management or if I can add in different jobs for the same employee to clock in at which shift.

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST. It makes no sense that this isn't a feature already given that so many of square users have tipped employees and so many employees fulfill different jobs. Why can't tip pooling not be determined by the job designation??

How do I set up an employee to have two jobs but receive tip share with only one of the jobs?

This would be a feature request. 

Employees have the ability to receive tips for all jobs or no jobs currently.

I feel like this would be super easy to implement, because of this I can't have my employees work positions they would like too. It is really having me consider a different payroll system, and ditching square all together. PLEASE FIX THIS SOON!
