Is there a way to add pictures or in Square Appointments after you have added services?

Hey @Lphair99!

 

Although we've provided sellers the feature to upload images with their services, these images will not be featured on the Appointments Online Booking site.

 

We provided sellers with the option to upload an image with their services for point of sale/checkout purposes. If sellers want to create a grid of their services in the Point of Sale/Appointments App, they would have images to easily identify what service to select during checkout.

 

We're still working on giving sellers the ability to upload images and customize their booking site. We will make an announcement when this feature is available. Thank you and sorry for the misunderstanding!

Would really like to see the ability to have photos with the services on the booking site! After being told by someone at Square that I could not maintain one calendar for two different businesses I searched for other booking options. I found the free version of Simplybook.me. It is beautiful, but I don't like the way the calendar functions compared to the Square Appointments. In Square I have found a way to make my separate businesses work with one calendar, but am very disappointed at how boring the booking site still looks. Images are what sell our products AND services. Why are the service photos deemed not important enough to fix this issue?

This feels like yet another example of a desperately needed features for spas that is completely ignored by square year after year, just like the inability to book couples massages. It feels as if absolutely no change or update suggestions are EVER taken seriously by we the customers. I have personally never found an issue with square booking functionality issues that has EVER been resolved. Take note people. There are other booking services out there. Square needs the squeeze if they are ever going to do anything to improve the functionality of their service. 

Looks like I am not the only one who is STILL searching for this feature in 2021! SQUARE GET IT TOGETHER!

2021 here, wondering if this has been patched into Square Appointments yet along with the new website launch features? It would be amazing for my clients to be able to see a photo alongside the description of my services! @isabelle @Joe

I also would like this feature seems like a big oversight that Square has not implemented this yet.

I also need this feature. After reading through this thread I can't believe how long it is taking to get this feature up and running. There are obviously heaps of people wanting this. It seems very backward for Square to have images available for view for staff but not for consumers booking online; the consumers are the ones that need the images not the staff! Very silly. After signing up to Square I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the clunkiness of the system, especially after paying money to have a higher level subscription!
