Although we've provided sellers the feature to upload images with their services, these images will not be featured on the Appointments Online Booking site.
We provided sellers with the option to upload an image with their services for point of sale/checkout purposes. If sellers want to create a grid of their services in the Point of Sale/Appointments App, they would have images to easily identify what service to select during checkout.
We're still working on giving sellers the ability to upload images and customize their booking site. We will make an announcement when this feature is available. Thank you and sorry for the misunderstanding!
I took the time to create individual images for each of my products and services and entered them into each line item, but they don't show up anywhere? I charge different rates for After-hours appointments and my images make that clear (sun/moon)—it would be so nice for my customers to see that. I'm surprised this feature isn't on Square's development timeline yet.
Hey! I've merged your post with an existing thread so we can keep all these requests in one place. This is currently a feature request, but you may want to consider directing your customers to your online store or Instagram page to view images of your hairstyles.
Hi! I'm replying here in hopes I will get updates on this situation.
I have done exactly what AngelHair did, with the same results. It appears in the articles that there are photos with the booking descriptions but I can't get anything to show on my online calendar. All the coloured squares in my hand-held POS now show the little pictures, but not the booking site.
I'm wondering if I would have to set up an Online Store to add pictures? But I already have a website set up and don't want to have the hassle of looking after one more.

In order to make sure i'm understanding, what website builder did you use to create your site (Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy, WooCommerce etc.)? Also, can you provide the URL to your website/page? Thank you!
