Tracking Appointment Cancellations in Square Appointments

Is there a way to track and view cancellations for a specific time period (day, month, etc) in Square Appointments. When clients cancel the appointment is removed and shows up as a cancellation in their profile, but how can I view cancellations as a separate report?

I went to check on this and we don't have a report that surfaces all of the information you've requested in one pace.

 

So that I can share some more details with our Appointments Team, can you reply with some more details on why this is important for your business? I can imagine a few scenarios where this visibility would come in handy, but I want to be sure we've got our insights on target. 🎯

Have there been any updates on this capability? This is super important for a service-based business to track cancellations, now more than ever.

I know this has been a long standing request for some time now, and hopefully we have some good news to share about this option in the near future

Any updates on tracking canceled appointments?

I would like a list to text these customers to rebook.

Adding my name to the list of providers looking to track and recall cancelled appointments.

Im here looking for directions on how to find these same reports, cancellation/no show and other patient behaviors.  Please consider adding this function soon.

It would be helpful if when the customer's name is entered for a new appointment, the customer's appointment history is immediately accessible without having to go to the customer tab to search. This would include canceled and no-show appointment history. Showing history would help us to immediately identify the customer as a repeat customer or someone who may not show up.
