No manual card processing available

It says, this option is only available when online.  This has never happened before and my wifi signal is strong and steady!

Hi there! Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community. Glad to have you here. 

 

Sounds like your App might not be recognizing the WiFi connection or you have turned off the option to accept manual payments.

 

To check you can accept manual payments in the App please go to your Settings > Payment Types > and make sure Manual Credit Card Entry is enabled.

 

If it is - try uninstalling and reinstalling the App. Let me know if that helps solve the issue your expereincing.
