Feature Request: Schedule multiple staff for single appointment

Hello. I'm wondering how I can set up scheduling couples massages? I need to be able to have two employees selected when they choose this appointment type. I've tried explaining to a customer the steps to take to schedule two appointments for the same time with two different therapists but this showed to be too inconvenient and they said they'd rather just call in. 

Any help appreciated.

Hey @Skp, welcome to the seller community!

 

I went to check on this request and the ability to process separate sales for each provider on one ticket isn't available at this time. Thank you for showing why this feature is important for your spa.

 

For now, you'll need to process each service separately to make sure the proper employee gets credit. Appreciate your patience as we make improvements based on seller feedback!

Let me ask you this, how many more years do we have to wait and how many unsatisfied clients you going to loose before you make any changes at all?

We also really need this feature ASAP! We are a growing salon and we need to be able to ring out multiple services performed by and credited to multiple employees on ONE transaction.  We have been really happy with how quickly square has adapted to the needs of its clients.  I really hope this will follow suit because it has become a big hassle for our business and a point of frustration for our clients.

if I have 2 team members that each performed a service for 1 guest is there a way to add both providers to one ticket? 
Currently we are making 2 separate appointments and swiping the card twice to make sure each provider gets paid.

I take it back. We started to switch, but it was way more complicated to switch for just one feature. I really hope Square will soon make this feature available. It frustrates our customers to no end. 

 

One can't help but wonder if the delay is partly because Square would be losing the additional transaction fees.

We are a salon with a hair person and a nail person. We have clients that do back to back appointments with both operators. We can’t figure out how to merge the two appointments at checkout so they don’t have to do separate transactions. 

Am I making sense? Lol!!!
