How can I find out the principal and interest breakdown on each of my capital payments? Is there a transaction history report that shows the date paid, the amount paid, the portion of principal reduction, the interest paid and the remaining loan balance after making that payment?

Square doesn't consider the fees paid on your loan to be interest. This is why you don't get a break on the fees if you pay the loan off early. Therefore there are no conventional interest/principal figures they can give you.

So any transaction that shows as a capital payment is applied in full against the loan principal?

My understanding is yes. Your loan origination fee is figured into your total amount borrowed. There is no interest in the principle. The fee is figured into the payback amount
