Why have I not received my deposit yet?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: I transferred a payment to my bank and it’s been over week, I haven’t received it. What should I do?]

 

I transferred money to bank account March 15, it is now March 29 and I still haven’t received it. What can I do?

Thank you for posting in the Seller Community.

 

Sorry to hear you have been experiencing this. Have you checked your deposit report in your dashboard to see when your deposit was sent out? Normally deposits take 1-2 business days to touch your bank after being sent out. I would also check the day your bank account verified with our systems.
