I think the answer is no, but some of my staff accidentally set a pick-up order as "ready". Is there any way to change the status back to "in progress"? Seems like a silly thing that as administrator i don't have that option. Of course i can email the client and advise them of the mistake. But it would be easier to minimize confusion if i can edit the status to reflect reality.

Agree this is needed and want to add my support for this - actually for all status changes. We have accidentally marked orders as Completed or Picked up when they have not been completed and would like to move this back to the Ready status.
